Schooling: I have not been able to locate any information in regards to where Mark Hulbert went to school.

Prior to Marketwatch: Hulbert has been the editor of the Hulbert Financial Digest for over 30 years (the newsletter got its start way back in 1980).

The Hulbert Financial Digest (or HFD for sure) tracks the performance of over 180 different investment newsletters. The Hulbert Financial Digest tells its readers not only which newsletters are making money for their clients now, but also which newsletters have performed the best over the long-term.

Hulbert and Marketwatch joined forces back in 2002, and Mark's newsletters have been premium offerings on Marketwatch.com ever since.
