Definition of Sheeple

What are "sheeple"? What is the definition of the term "sheeple"?

"Sheeple" is a derogatory term that is used to describe people who mindlessly follow a political leader or political party.

For instance - the term "sheeple" could be used to describe people who agree with every single part of a party's platform without thinking about each individual matter for themselves.

Or - the term "sheeple" could be used to describe people who automatically disagree with every single part of the party's platform that their party is running against.

In today's political landscape, people are increasingly polarized. For this reason, more and more people could be described as "sheeple". After all, how many people are there out there who could legitimately call themselves centrists? How many people out there support one particular party but disagree with some of their policies? It seems as though there are less and less of these types of people out there these days.
