Over the past 7 days, a total of $10,927,020 was spent by SuperPACs over a total of 108 different transactions.
The two biggest spenders? Restore Our Future, Inc., which spent a total of $6,015,577 over 22 transactions, and Winning Our Future, which spent $4,032,109 over 9 transactions.
Restore Our Future, Inc. is a pro-Romney/anti-Gingrich SuperPAC (backed by hedge fund manager John Paulson), while Winning Our Future is a pro-Gingrich/anti-Romney SuperPAC that is backed by the Adelsons (Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson).
